certified pre-owned cats
For a limited time, Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society will help select adult cats cruise into new homes. DPVHS has lots of cats, motors purring, just waiting to go. They come in many makes and models, loaded with adorable features and the latest technology. And best of all, cats one year and older are available to qualified adopters with $0 down/0% financing.
These Certified Pre-Owned Cats come with a multi-point inspection that includes spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations and medical check-up. Special features are available on all makes and models including standard four-paw drive, FREE microchip, and a 100,000 purr warranty.
“DPVHS is committed to finding good homes…and saving lives. People who come to animal shelters to adopt do so because they want to help save lives too,” says Executive Director Leslie Harris. “We’re driving home the point that adult cats have the greatest need for loving homes, especially at this time of year when they’re in competition with the newer models: kittens. While there are many benefits to adopting an adult cat, the fact remains that there are more adoptable cats than available loving homes.”
To help ensure that every adoptable cat finds a loving home, Dakin Pioneer Valley will waive the adoption fee for cats ages one year and older, for a limited time. After all, DPVHS certified pre-owned cats are better than new!
For those who cannot adopt but want to help, donations to the Pet Food Bank of cat or dog food or cash donations are welcome to help offset funding lost through this special program. For more information call 413-781-4000 in Springfield or 413-548-9898 in Leverett.
